Marcus fixed a dent in my bmw 540i hood. Aluminum hood. Most quotes/company shy away from aluminum hoods and it was is an area of the body line, but not Marcus. He was punctual, curteous, and most important “expert at his craft”. Spent almost 3 hours on it. A few months ago a large cabinet became unanchored off of our wall in our garage and fell onto the hood of our Mini Countryman, creating two large dents. We were pleased to learn that Marcus Paulo, owner of Gold Hammer Dent Removal, makes house calls. He arrived at 10:30 AM and worked almost nonstop for over ten hours. We appreciated his honesty when he stated that, while he couldn’t guarantee the hood would be 100% repaired, he would do his best.
His “best” turned out to be perfection! The bottom line is, after completing his work there were no noticeable dents. In fact, the hood looked like new.
